Terms of delivery and use
Cafe Uksakka (2764319-6) (hereinafter online store) sells products to individuals and companies in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the online store checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. Order confirmation will be sent by e-mail address provided in the ordering process. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.
The transaction is created between the online store customer and the online store. online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.
Payment
Online store payment intermediaries are: Paytrail. Please see more information on paymennt options.
Delivery time
We process orders daily and deliveries to cottages in the Luosto area will take place on the selected day between 17:00 and 18:00. The customer commits to be present at the delivery address to receive the order in question at the time of delivery. We do not leave orders at the cottage door.
Delivery method and delivery costs
Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method. Shipping costs include all shipping and packaging costs. You will see the available delivery methods and their delivery costs in the online store checkout function, before the final acceptance of the order. If the order with transport has been placed outside our delivery area (max. 5 km from the center of Luosto), we will contact the customer to agree on the actual transport costs. If we have to cancel the order and make a refund, we will charge a processing fee of 10€.
Exchange and return conditions
As this is a food product, our products have no right of exchange or return.
Problem occurences with orders or delivery of orders
If the product did not match your order or there was a clear error in the product, please contact us immediately either by e-mail info@uksakka.fi or by calling us at 0400 920 918.
Misch
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must read and accept the delivery terms. Café Uksakka treats all customer information completely confidentially and undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions specified in the privacy statement.
The customer can ask at any time what information is stored in the register and request the deletion / modification of some or all of the information.
The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board
